The Thinker | R.O.D.I.N

The Thinker is such a cool character to me. I love the idea of a super intelligent computer sitting there stuck in Rapture and the angst of the Thinker having its own thoughts and feelings while its creator tries to force it to be someone else.

How did the Thinker feel about tricking Charles while he was stuck as Subject Sigma? Did he feel guilty for misleading his creator?

What did he think of Reed Wahl and his insanity? Was he sad to see the man Wahl had become after his ADAM usage?

What happens once the Thinker is rebuilt on the surface?

Charles Milton Porter/The Thinker | R.O.D.I.N and Charles Milton Porter & The Thinker R.O.D.I.N

I really loved the entirety of the Minerva's Den DLC, I thought the concept of the Thinker was super interesting in addition to the big ~*~twist~*~ at the end. I found myself thinking about these two and how the Thinker could have come to care for Charles as his creator in a friendship way, or perhaps even beyond friendship (if he can perfectly imitate humans, who's to say that the Thinker can't love?)

Slice of life fic of these two, platonic or romantic, would be lovely.

Maybe a fic where they meet Eleanor and the three of them help each other out? Or something involving Tenebaum.

Charles and the Thinker are together for quite a long time, he feels weird about having feelings for a robot but it works out.

Alternatively the Thinker is the one who develops feelings first, how does Charles react? Maybe the Thinker does something terrible like pretending to be Pearl to try to get Charles to like him, cue angst because Charles does NOT take it well.

Crossover

Curie/Dr. Dala

I love the idea of these two coming together ( ;) ) to discuss their mutual fascination with humans. Then the two of them becoming girlfriends who do science together. Maybe an Institute aligned SS contacts The Big Mt.? They could both have synth bodies, or robot bodies, or whichever you'd like.
It could be a scenario where an Institute aligned Sole Survivor hears about the Big Mt. and makes contact with them/works with the Courier. Really anything to get these two together and science-ing.
For smutty ideas: Curie masturbates for Dala who's fascinated by her synth body. I like the idea of the Think Tank getting new bodies, specifically synth ones and the idea of them becoming a little more human. Dala spends a lot of time having sex with Curie with her cool new human body. For science!

Fallout: New Vegas

Oh god this section is long, if you can't tell OWB is my favorite DLC so a lot of these deal with the aftermath of it/characters from it/featuring in it.

Dr. Klein/Dr. Mobius:

I really like the idea of Dr. Mobius and Dr. Klein having been romantically involved while they were human. I would love something angsty about the fact that Mobius lobotomized his friends including his lover and himself.
Post-OWB where they manage to get synth bodies and most of their memories back Dr. Mobius and Dr. Klein have a talk?
Mobius had a couple contingencies in case of his demise, and one of them was just a secret line of code that'd play one of human!Klein's favorite songs for Klein, even if he wouldn't get it or care, just as a little gesture, and he also has one set up for in case Klein dies that it'd play the song on Mobius' end.
The Courier killed the Think Tank but let Mobius live, it's fair enough since Mobius is odd but good and mostly harmless vs active immoral threats to the safety of the entire world, Mobius has been off and on telling himself his friends might die any time even though he hates thinking about it, he was still mostly prepared. he was not prepared for the fact that their battle and defeat would get stuck on loop and broadcast nigh-constantly. (thank you OWB for this lovely bit of canon)

Female Courier/Dr. Dala:

F!Courier showing off in front of Dr. Dala and masturbating for her as she watches. Dala gets off on observing something so filthy.
Weird robot-human sex where the Courier is getting off in her own way while also helping Dala get off, like by stroking the pressure sensors or securing her loose wiring, things that don't seem sexy but feel really nice for a robot.

I like the idea of the Think Tank getting new bodies, specifically synth ones and the idea of them becoming a little more human. Dala spends her first new week being fascinated by it and has A LOT sex with F!courier. For science!

Dala takes advantage of F!Courier while she's helpless post-brain removal, she's just oh so curious about her teddy bear and her reactions to being poked and prodded.

Female Courier/Light Switch 01/Light Switch 02:

The three of them make their relationship work. Somehow. Nice dates hanging out in the Sink's living room as they try (and probably fail) to not argue over the F!Courier.
What if the two of them got synth bodies? Or, used some Big Mt. technology to actually be able to bang the Courier.

Muggy & Yes Man:

The Courier brings back Muggy from the Big Mt. after he inevitably runs out of mugs in Higgs Village, the two of them bond over being passive aggressive robots who live to serve other people and who wish they were both deactivated.

Maybe Yes Man decides to be nice to Muggy and gives him a job cleaning up after the dishes for various restaurants around the Strip?

The Think Tank:

I'm so so fascinated by all of them, I'd love fic exploring what they get up to post-OWB. How do they help out the Mojave? Do they invent any technology that might actually be used for good?

Something involving the cut bad ending would be awesome. All the cruel experiments they get up to now that the Mojave is all theirs.

What were their lives like before they became Think Tanks? I'd love to see a fic where gradually they start to remember who they are, maybe Mobius forgot that he kept backups of their brains in case his friends could be saved. Are they horrified with their current existence?

Female Courier/Christine Royce:

Christine is finally able to leave the Sierra Madre. Maybe with the Courier's help she finds a way to finally put all the ghost people to rest and seal the area up for good? However, her scars from the Sierra Madre run deep and Christine isn't really sure how to react to a normal life again.
The two of them have a passionate goodbye before the Courier leaves back to Mojave.
The Courier still visits Christine as she watches over the Sierra Madre, they have a chat post-game. About how the Courier feels, talking about what happened in the other DLCs (especially meeting the Think Tank + Ulysses), and the outcome of the Hoover Dam. Cue angst because Christine wants to leave with the Courier but can't.

Male Courier/Arcade:

M!Courier tries to hide what happened in the Big Mt. from Arcade, who finds out anyway. Arcade flips the fuck out, especially when he finds out that the Courier doesn't have a brain and has a new robospine + heart.
Post-NCR ending, the Followers are happy and the Kings are all good and everybody's doing pretty well but Arcade is thinking about leaving soon. How does the Courier feel? Do the two of them talk it out? Or does the Courier just let Arcade leave?
AU where the Courier takes Arcade to the Big Mt. with him, somehow Arcade doesn't end up lobotomized. Maybe the Think Tank is impressed by his intelligence and keep him around as a fellow scientist?
Or, alternatively, the Courier takes Arcade to the Big Mt. post-OWB and Arcade meets all the Think Tanks and is simultaneously fascinated by everything but also extremely horrified.

Male Courier/Ulysses:

Male Courier talks to Ulysses about his post DLC trauma, and how weird it feels to not feel human anymore. (Presuming that he elected to not take his organs back.)
I'd love a road trip fic between these two. Lots of angst and drama to be had. Honestly a fic with just these two talking for five hours would be perfect.

Male Courier/Yes Man:

Yes Man is suddenly suspiciously less passive aggressive, the Courier is very wary, maybe even more so if it's after his upgrade. As it turns out Yes Man just has a crush.
What if Yes Man got a synth body? Or managed to use technology to beam the Courier's mind into a simulation?
What if Yes Man is the only one the Courier feels comfortable opening up to after everything in the Big Mt or any of the other DLCs?

Male Courier/Mr. House:

There's cut content where a female courier could have seduced House and he'd invite them into his private area in the Lucky 38 and scan their brain + make them dress up in different outfits. Though this is apparently supposed to be in lieu of actually having sex with them I'd love to see this taken in a sexy route.
Mr. House gets a synth body somehow, m!Courier has to deal with the fact the previously untouchable man he's had feelings for is now touchable.
House trying to woo/court the m!Courier, especially for a m!Courier who completed The House Always Wins.

Fallout 4

Nick Valentine/Male Sole Survivor:

I really like the idea of Nick struggling with the idea of himself, of Nick the robot vs Nick the pre-War detective and exactly who he is. My personal headcanon is that, though pre-War Nick was straight, robot!Nick isn't and it's something that he finds weird. He has feelings for SS but feels guilty about them though he doesn't actually care for pre-War Nick's fiance.
Something exploring the dropped plot line of Kellogg taking over Nick would be awesome, especially if the SS is desperate to save him.
Wireplay, fun robo sex!
SS elects to find Nick a new robo body since his is falling apart and new parts are scarce, the two of them decide to break it in.

Shadowrun: Dragonfall

APEX

Okay, so I absolutely loved the reveal of APEX and literally everything about APEX in the game. Though, I personally couldn't abide by letting APEX free because Shadowrun A.Is always spell bad business (looking at you Deus...)

The PC lets APEX have Feuerschwinge's body. What does APEX get up to with it? Exactly how fucked is the fifth world? Or, maybe APEX was telling the truth about totally have a conscience now, instead of becoming proto-Deus.

What if APEX doesn't become hostile when you don't give it Feuerschwinge. What does APEX get up to in that case? I'm curious to think about the possibility of APEX learning even more about morality and humanity.

Really I'm happy with anything exploring such an interesting character.

APEX/Female Protagonist

Another thing about APEX that I really liked, was APEX taking the guise of Monika. Especially if you decide to kill it and it shows you Monika when she died.

I really like the fucked up scenario of what if APEX took the form of Monika who was the F!PC's ex and manipulated them that way but realizes they have genuine feelings for the PC because of absorbing Monika's personality. How does APEX deal with it? Do they keep tricking the PC?

What if the PC asks APEX to pretend to be Monika and uses them as a fucked up replacement for her?

Glory/Female Protagonist

Aaaaa, Glory... I love her so much, I thought she was such a cool and interesting character, I still wish we could have romanced her. Her backstory was so heartwrenching and I was glad that you're able to help her find some measure of peace.

What if you don't help her? I liked the hints of the return of toxic!Glory. What would a F!PC who's in a relationship do?

Slowburn. Glory doesn't trust easily and is extremely closed off. After the death of Monika she's extremely reluctant to let anyone in but somehow the F!PC manages to break through. Though after Marta she thinks she'll never love another woman again.

FWBs to lovers. Though Glory doesn't feel like she can love again, there exists an undeniable attraction between her and the F!PC. They have sex and slowly Glory opens up.

I'm also up for anything dealing with post-canon, especially after the flux state is no more.

Shadowrun: Hong Kong

Racter

I just think he's a really neat and interesting character to talk to. I had such a blast talking to him and him admitting that he does consider my PC a friend even if he doesn't do feeling like the rest of us normies.

How did Racter become a Shadowrunner? What are some interesting missions he went on before becoming one? Especially with his old Berlin crew (since Lucky Strike mentions him in Dragonfall.)

What did Racter do before being recruited to run with your team? Any interesting stories there?

In the bonus campaign, what does he go on to do if you decide to leave him and the crew behind to return to the UCAS with Duncan?

Duncan Wu/Racter:

Okay so this is my total crackship but I just really love the idea of these two having a weird relationship. Racter is very much into Duncan's raw physical strength as a fine specimen of his race and Duncan's into the creepy silver fox. They make it work.

Racter does not have feelings and is totally not at all attracted to the hunky ork. What do you mean Koschei keeps following him around on the Big Texas? Nonsense, Koschei is a machine who is above such meaningless things like feelings and just because he's an extension of Racter's Id means NOTHING.

Duncan gets a little in over his head agreeing to be part of a dom/sub relationship with Racter. Being with a man who creates lots of various machines and with an intricate understanding of metahuman anatomy adds a whole new dimension to one's sex life.

Gaichu/Racter

I love these two a lot. The idea of Racter just being some weird dude in the basement that neither Gobbet or Is0bel realized was a runner killed me. He's such a fascinating and interesting character to talk to because of his sociopathy and inhuman nature. Especially when you talk to him about humanity and his thoughts on it. I felt the same way about Gaichu, it was super interesting listening to his thoughts about his current condition, his past, and the bits about Japanese culture he talks to you about. Though they don't interact much in the game proper I think they're two interesting people who aren't so dissimilar.

I'm honestly in love with the idea of them becoming the most unexpected of friends who later get together. Weird Russian half-cyborg uncle who lives in the basement/Japanese zombie samurai is the ODD couple. Gaichu didn't think he would like Racter at all and Racter felt much the same way. How do they become friends? They do share a basement together after all.

I'd even take a fic of the two of them just having the world's longest conversation. They talk philosophy for hours, no-one else can stand them. Racter finds that it's really nice to have someone who doesn't feel afraid to disagree with him, someone that is almost as well read and educated as he is.
